Mike Dean is the head coach of the boys' volleyball program at Rosemount High School. He brings over 25 years of volleyball coaching experience in Minnesota.

Coach Dean has led the Irish boys' volleyball squad through highly successful seasons, notably establishing a unique team tradition where the players proudly sing the National Anthem together before every home match
